Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to work Hybrid in the San Antonio TX Metroplex. The recruiter manages full cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions supporting federal government contracts and corporate operations.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, HR, Security, and program leadership to identify qualified talent, maintain recruiting records, and support timely hiring aligned with staffing requirements and budget.

Qualifications

• At least three years of recruiting experience, including at least two years recruiting for technical positions.
• Working knowledge of technical job families and the ability to evaluate resumes against defined experience, certification, education, and contract requirements.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system, online sourcing tools, and Boolean search techniques; proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong written communication, interviewing, organization, follow through, and relationship management skills; ability to manage competing priorities and handle confidential information.
