Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic partner for Government, Defense, and IC programs in the U.S. federal contracting space.

The role emphasizes cleared talent markets, proactive sourcing, and end-to-end recruiting across active programs and transitions. The candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting, maintain compliant ATS documentation, and collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and vendors to meet time-sensitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience supporting DoD, IC, Federal Government, or government contracting.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical, professional, and/or cleared positions.
• Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring U.S. Government security clearances, preferably Top Secret and above.
• Experience supporting proposal, capture, recompete, and contract transition activities from a Talent Acquisition perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared positions supporting DoD, IC, Federal Government, and commercial customers.
• Create and manage requisitions within the ATS, ensuring accurate documentation, candidate disposition, pipeline development, and compliance with internal recruiting processes.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including networks, databases, job boards, social media, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strategic pipelines of cleared technical, operational, intelligence, and professional talent for staffing requirements and contract growth.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, education, training, security clearance status, and other qualifications; conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks.
