FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles supporting federal contracts. This hybrid role is based in the San Antonio TX metro area, working with hiring managers, HR, Security, and program leadership to fill openings with qualified candidates.

The recruiter will source, screen, and present candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and maintain recruiting records to meet staffing budgets and compliance requirements. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of recruiting experience including at least two years in technical positions.
• Experience evaluating resumes against defined experience, certifications, education, and contract requirements.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system, online sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to confirm qualifications, location, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare accurate job postings and distinguish funded openings from contingent opportunities.
• Source active and passive candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, events, and veteran channels.
• Build pipelines and adjust sourcing strategies based on candidate availability and compensation trends.
• Coordinate offers with HR and hiring managers and manage onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and provide regular requisition updates.
