Job summary

FEDITC, LLC in Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting function, shape strategy, and ensure a superior candidate experience across programs supporting DoD and intelligence agencies.

You will mentor recruiters, establish scalable processes, and partner with HR leadership to align staffing with contracts and program growth, while maintaining compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, management, or related field.
• Extensive progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Proven leadership and coaching of recruiting professionals.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms (Greenhouse, ADP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day Talent Acquisition activities and priorities.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development to recruiters.
• Establish consistent recruiting practices, workflows, and service levels.
• Partner with executives, program leaders, and HR to translate workforce needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage senior-level, difficult-to-fill roles.
