- Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex or specialized talent segments.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes.
- Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
