You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to drive recruiting strategy, improve candidate experience, and bring new ideas and AI-driven approaches into our processes. This role emphasizes data-informed decision making and transformation.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank talent segments, preferably in Capital Markets, Treasury & Middle Market.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
