Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire talent across the Commercial Bank, with a focus on Capital Markets, Treasury, Middle Market, Real Estate, and Commercial lending.

You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters, partner with hiring managers and HR, and drive transformation through data insights, AI, and best practices to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank segments (Capital Markets, Treasury, Middle Market).
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
• Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
