Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with people leadership.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex or specialized talent segments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes.
• Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
