Job summary

High Profile, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting initiatives and partner with leadership to attract top talent in the Dallas area.

The ideal candidate will develop effective sourcing strategies, advise hiring managers, build strong pipelines, and use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes, while supporting relocation and internship programs as needed. This role requires strategic thinking and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop and execute talent acquisition and staffing strategies.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and build talent pipelines through networking, universities, professional organizations, recruiting agencies, and community partnerships.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the selection and hiring process.
• Develop recruiting metrics, reports, and data to identify trends and improve hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with external recruiting partners and identify new talent sources.
• Lead summer internship and campus recruiting programs.
• Support employee and new-hire relocation programs and coordinate with relocation vendors.
• Stay current on employment regulations and recruiting trends and recommend process improvements.
• Support and enhance recruiting processes, systems, and workflows.
