Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment operations for high-volume and corporate hiring in the Mobility department. You will partner with business leaders to develop staffing strategies, optimize processes and technology, and ensure timely, compliant hires.

You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, coach recruiters, manage external partners, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using AI and automation while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring leader

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years experience in talent acquisition or related field.
2+ years leadership responsibility.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and workforce planning.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies, AI, and automation tools.
Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with senior leaders.
Ability to translate workforce needs into staffing strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and corporate functions, partnering with business leaders to deliver against current and anticipated workforce needs.
Forecast hiring demand, establish recruiting priorities, and develop staffing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide guidance and oversight to recruiters, ensuring consistent execution of Talent Acquisition processes and hiring practices.
Consult with hiring leaders on sourcing strategy, compensation considerations, and overall hiring approach.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve efficiency, candidate quality, speed, and experience.
Monitor recruiting activity and KPIs, communicating results to leadership.
Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable laws, internal policies, and TA procedures.
Oversee background screening and pre-employment requirements.
Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors; monitor service, utilization, and cost effectiveness.
Identify and implement cost-effective sourcing and recruitment solutions based on workforce needs.
Drive continuous improvement of TA processes, tools, workflows, and programs.
Support implementation and adoption of recruiting technology, processes, policies, and initiatives.
Evaluate use of AI, automation, and emerging recruiting technologies to improve sourcing and candidate assessment while ensuring compliance.
Establish annual goals and KPIs; coach and develop team members.
Support employee development through mentoring and stretch opportunities.
Recruits, selects, onboards, and develops team members.
Monitor workload and adjust assignments based on business needs.
Create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and recognition.
Promote use of recruiting tech to increase productivity.
May lead projects and other duties as assigned.
