Qualifications

• Total Recruitment full life cycle experience 5–8 years.
• Leadership/Management experience 2–3 years.
• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high quality passive and active candidates.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of talent for critical, high turnover, or hard to fill roles to minimize time to fill.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters, if applicable.
• Partner closely with department heads and executives to understand headcount needs, define role requirements, and advise on market salary trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the company's culture, mission, and values through career pages, social media, and industry events.
• Ensure a smooth, professional interview process for all applicants, regardless of outcome.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring budget.
• Ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
