The TA Manager will partner with department heads, mentor recruiters, and ensure compliant, candidate-focused processes while driving data-driven recruiting metrics.

Qualifications

• Total Recruitment full life cycle experience (5–8 years).
• Leadership/Management experience (2–3 years).
• Proven experience in recruitment and sourcing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies to attract high-quality passive and active candidates.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of talent for critical, high-turnover, or hard-to-fill roles to minimize time to fill.
• Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recruiters, if applicable.
• Partner with department heads and executives to understand headcount needs, define role requirements, and advise on market salary trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the company culture and employer brand; ensure a smooth interview process.
