Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience with formal or informal leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple requisitions while engaging leadership.
• Experience serving as a team SME on TA tech stack and sourcing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement TA strategy, benchmark against peers, and provide supporting data.
• Map and document the recruiting lifecycle; create SOPs, playbooks, and workflow guides.
• Lead onboarding and training for new TA team members and organize resources.
• Design and deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Partner with HRBPs, People Ops, Compensation, and Onboarding to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Identify friction points between TA and other HR processes and drive improvements.
