Job summary

Norwood Medical in Dayton, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the organization's recruiting function and develop strategic, data-driven hiring programs across exempt, non-exempt, technical, and leadership roles.

You will partner with leaders to forecast workforce needs, create sustainable talent pipelines, and drive a positive candidate experience, while strengthening the organization’s long-term workforce strategy with school and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Three or more years of leadership experience managing recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
• Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions including skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, and leadership roles.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and workforce plans to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, professional, technical, and skilled trades positions.
• Oversee applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and related workflows.
• Utilize recruiting metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with technical schools, colleges, and workforce programs.
• Lead internship, apprenticeship, and early-career recruiting programs.
• Promote employer brand through recruitment marketing and community engagement.
• Prepare and present updates to leadership on talent pipelines and workforce planning.
