Job summary

Norwood Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategies, pipelines, and processes across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and build sustainable talent pipelines for skilled trades and professional roles.

Responsibilities include directing full-cycle recruitment, optimizing ATS usage, and delivering metrics-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Three or more years of leadership experience managing recruiters or TA teams.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, manufacturing, engineering, and professional leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, professional, technical, and skilled positions.
• Forecast workforce requirements with leaders and develop proactive recruiting solutions.
• Standardize recruiting processes, tools, and workflows for efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology, and related workflows.
• Use workforce analytics and dashboards to evaluate results and drive improvements.
