Ashton North LLC is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager in Dayton, OH. You will lead the recruitment strategy for both hourly and salary staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, coaching hiring managers and driving process improvements to raise KPI performance.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic sourcing, internship programs, and active collaboration with leadership to modernize recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of manufacturing Talent Acquisition Management experience.
• Experience leading recruitment for hourly and salary staff.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades, etc.).
• Experience improving recruitment strategies and KPIs.
• Proven leadership overseeing others; HRIS and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill positions quickly.
• Develop internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Promote community involvement as a premier employer.
• Lead salary recruitment and supervise hourly recruitment efforts.
• Utilize current and develop future recruitment tools.
• Develop standardized interview and onboarding processes.
• Manage open requisitions and report status to management.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Lead college and community job fair programs.
• Continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Leverage HRIS and improve functionality.
• Manage recruitment budget.
• Oversee contingent service provider relationships.
• Handle other duties as directed by management.
