Job summary

Norwood Medical is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers.

The role emphasizes building talent pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and ensuring compliance with laws and policies while supporting Norwood’s growth in the medical device sector.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field with 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing or technical recruiting experience is required.
• Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs and support recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, schools, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and community outreach activities.
• Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition.
