Aviva plc’s US Specialty pricing leadership role seeks a senior actuary to guide pricing strategy and model governance across specialty lines. The AVP will partner with Underwriting, Product, Claims, Finance, Risk, and Distribution to deliver analytical excellence and profitable growth.

The role emphasizes advanced analytics, portfolio management, and impactful business partnering, with a focus on governance and modernization of pricing processes.

Qualifications

• 6-12+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial pricing experience.
• Experience leading pricing analyses and portfolio management.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Comfort translating actuarial insights into business actions.

• Lead pricing analyses and develop rate indications across U.S. Specialty products.
• Govern pricing models, governance, and documentation.
• Partner with underwriting, product, and risk teams to drive profitability.
