• Monitor ATS, recruitment records, and hiring documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare recruitment metrics and workforce data for leadership.
• Support job fairs and recruiting outreach activities.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and NSHC policies.
• Maintain recruitment-related platforms and collaborate with PR for media recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and documentation.
