SEARHC is seeking a senior Recruitment Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Recruitment group in Southeast Alaska. You will lead full life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and advising on candidate placement, while ensuring compliance with Public Law 93-638 and Alaska Native preference where applicable.

The role requires extensive healthcare recruiting experience, leadership ability, and collaboration with senior management to align staffing with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Eight+ years in recruitment.
• Three+ years in recruitment team management.
• Seven+ years in healthcare recruiting or healthcare HR.

Responsabilités

• Develops, coordinates, implements and supervises the provider recruitment and new hire process.
• Supervises and directs activities of various levels of personnel.
• Plans recruitment activities like job fairs, advertising, and use of search firms.
• Interviews candidates and makes hiring recommendations.
• Implements recruitment strategies for provider recruitment and retention.
• Maintains statistical reports on recruitment and retention.
• Measures performance and develops engagement improvements.
• Coordinates hiring and recruitment processes across departments.
• Participates in budget preparation and cost control.
• Ensures compliance with Public Law 93-638 and applies preference to qualified Alaska Native and AI applicants.
• Markets SEARHC to networks and partners with institutions and organizations.
