Job summary

Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a Professional Recruiter to lead local and national recruitment efforts. The role emphasizes planning, sourcing, interviewing, and collaboration with Hiring Managers to hire top talent for a Tribal health organization in Alaska.

The position requires 3+ years in HR/recruitment, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, and strong customer service skills. The role supports onboarding, compensation discussions, and HR compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Marketing/Sales, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Complies with organizational policies and procedures on recruitment, testing, selection, and job placement.
• Works with Hiring Managers on recruiting planning meetings.
• Leads the creation of recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position.
• Efficiently fills open positions and conducts prescreening interviews.
• Keeps records and prepares statistical reports concerning recruitment, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
