Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking a Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for internal and external candidates. You will source, screen, and hire for a range of positions, advising hiring managers and aligning headcount with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include advanced sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior recruiters, while ensuring compliance with tribal, federal, and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Four years of recruiting, staffing, HR, Sales or related experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic thinking and planning, headcount alignment, and progress tracking against goals.
• Advanced sourcing to build pipelines using LinkedIn, career fairs, online job fairs, community events.
• Ownership of talent-related aspects, partnering with VPs, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Shared Services, and Benefits.
• Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices with hiring managers.
• Regular reporting on progress toward goals, headcount metrics, and representation benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with tribal, federal, and state laws and regulations.
• Manage applicant activity in the ATS and coordinate interview processes.
• Coordinate internal transfers and keep trade/professional memberships.
