• Maintain ATS accuracy and documentation; support onboarding and clearance workflows
• Develop pipelines for cleared IT, cyber, engineering, and operations roles
• Build long-term candidate networks and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Travel to program locations and maintain presence at HQ and customer sites
