Job summary

LMI is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development for government programs. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at Tysons Corner, VA and periodic travel to program locations.

The ideal candidate will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and strong partnerships to attract mission-critical talent in a fast-paced environment while ensuring OFCCP compliance and secure onboarding workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in government contracting or cleared recruiting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared, and program support roles.
• Develop workforce plans and talent pipelines for multi-site programs.
• Collaborate with program leadership, HR, and security to ensure compliant onboarding workflows.
• Use analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize time-to-fill and candidate quality.
