Overview

LMI is seeking a strategic, innovative, and high‑energy Talent Acquisition Lead to drive full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development for a large, multi‑site enterprise IT program supporting classified and unclassified government facilities. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who excels in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments and who leverages data, AI‑enabled tools, and strong partnerships to attract and secure mission‑critical talent.


This position operates in a dynamic, client‑forward, hybrid work model, requiring consistent on‑site presence at LMI’s Tysons Corner, VA headquarters and periodic visits to program locations, with flexibility to work remotely in alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with program leadership and core HR team to align recruiting strategies with workforce needs and mission requirements. Use AI‑enabled tools and market insights to forecast staffing needs and build proactive recruiting plans.



  • Execute and lead full‑cycle recruiting for technical, cleared, and program support roles. Manage high‑volume requisitions while ensuring all processes comply with OFCCP, employment law, and program standards. Maintain the ATS, ensuring accurate posting, tracking, and documentation. Coordinate with security teams to support classified onboarding and clearance‑related hiring workflows.

  • Develop pipelines for cleared IT, cyber, engineering, and operational talent using job boards, social platforms, cleared networks, and events. Build and maintain long‑term candidate networks tailored to current and evolving mission needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear, consistent communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.

  • Work closely with hiring managers, HRBP, onboarding, security, and program teams to ensure seamless hiring and workforce integration. Conduct needs assessments to clarify role requirements, clearance levels, and expected competencies.

  • Leverage analytics and AI‑driven insights to refine sourcing strategies and accelerate time‑to‑fill. Recommend process improvements that elevate recruiting efficiency and alignment with program delivery.


Qualifications

6+ years of professional recruiting experience; experience in government contracting, cleared recruiting, or high‑volume staffing environments strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage and source a large volume of technical and non‑technical requisitions simultaneously.Knowledgeable in sourcing cleared professionals (TS/SCI, SAP‑eligible, DoD/IC).Strong understanding of OFCCP compliance, employment law, hiring practices, and audit‑ready documentation requirements.


Demonstrated success meeting key recruiting performance metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline quality, interview‑to‑hire ratios, etc.).Ability to build deep candidate networks, resume databases, and long‑term pipelines for technical and cleared positions.Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with iCIMS preferred.Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with hiring managers, HR partners, and program leadership.Ability to travel to program locations and maintain consistent presence at LMI HQ and customer sites.


Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Experience supporting multi‑site federal programs or large‑scale staffing ramp‑ups.


Experience using automation or AI sourcing tools.


Exposure to classified onboarding processes, sponsorship packages, or coordination with FSO teams.


The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances. Approximate range of $100,000 - $150,000, subject to change based on the factors listed above.
