Job summary

LMI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development for a large government IT program. The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing, AI-enabled tools, and strong partnerships to attract mission-critical talent.

Hybrid role with on-site presence at LMI's Tysons Corner, VA headquarters and periodic visits to program locations; some remote alignment may be considered based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in government contracting, cleared recruiting, or high-volume staffing.
• Proven ability to manage and source a large volume of requisitions.
• Knowledgeable in OFCCP compliance, employment law, and audit-ready documentation.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared, and program roles.
• Forecast staffing needs using AI-enabled tools and market insights.
• Maintain ATS, posting accuracy, and documentation.
• Coordinate with security teams to support clearance-related hiring workflows.
• Develop pipelines for cleared IT, cyber, engineering, and operations talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with program leadership, HRBP, onboarding, and managers to enable seamless hiring.
