Qualifications

• Associate degree required to support your success in this role.
• Full-time position with flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, and overtime.
• On-site role at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Wilson, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies, collaborating with leadership to create job descriptions and identify recruiting methods.
• Manages the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling and overseeing interviews, and evaluating candidates’ skills.
• Engages in year‑round recruiting efforts, attending events and promoting the workplace while maintaining candidate relationships.
• Monitors HR practices, provides recruitment reports, and continuously seeks learning opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, ensuring all project notes are maintained for continuity.
