Chick-fil-A in Wilson, NC is seeking a Recruiting Leader to interview and select talent for our Wilson location. You will work with the team to build relationships and assist with policy and procedure, while leading innovative recruitment strategies.

The role is full-time on-site, with day and night shifts, weekends, and overtime. An associate degree is required, and you will join a community-focused restaurant that values teamwork and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in recruiting leadership and interview facilitation preferred.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements recruitment strategies, collaborating with leadership to create job descriptions and identify recruiting methods.
• Manages the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling and overseeing interviews, and evaluating candidates' skills.
• Engages in year-round recruiting efforts, attending events and promoting the workplace while maintaining candidate relationships.
• Monitors HR practices, provides recruitment reports, and continuously seeks learning opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
• Performs additional duties as assigned, ensuring all project notes are maintained for continuity.
