Job summary

Kokosing, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, from field roles to professional and corporate positions.

You will partner with hiring managers, proactively source candidates through multiple channels, and maintain postings in Workday while delivering a positive candidate experience. This role is onsite at our corporate office.

• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to effectively partner with leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialized positions preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish would be a significant bonus.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and salaried corporate opportunities.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Develop recruiting strategies that improve candidate flow and support both high-volume hiring initiatives and specialized searches.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate evaluations, market insights, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and manage requisition status updates within Workday.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring leaders to support compensation recommendations, market benchmarking, and offer development.
• Extend employment offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
• Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and recommend new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies.
• Assist with special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
