Job summary

BCA, based in the Miami area, is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for the Latin America and Caribbean region, focusing on both retail and corporate roles. The position sits in the Human Resources & General Affairs department and reports to the HR & GA Senior Manager.

The role requires 3–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience (luxury retail, fashion, beauty or corporate multi-unit environments preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese a strong plus for LATAM scope.
• Based out of Miami, FL corporate office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for LATAM region up to Director level.
• Build pipelines for current and future retail and corporate openings in LATAM, Miami, and Caribbean markets.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Leaders to guide interview strategies and debriefs.
• Conduct screening and interviews (video, phone, in-person) to assess competency, culture fit, and language fluency.
• Manage offers including salary benchmarking and negotiations; draft employment agreements.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, reference checks, and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and deliver regular HR leadership reports.
• Lead regional EVP initiatives and recruitment events for new store openings.
