Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in talent acquisition or corporate recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and full-cycle sourcing.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with data-driven insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technical, and professional roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, set benchmarks, and communicate with hiring managers.
• Advise on interview practices, market insights, and compensation trends.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and strengthen employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
