Job summary

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, develop community relationships, and drive recruiting plans to meet activity and contract goals. Strong communication, organization, and a proactive approach to COIs and referrals are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years progressively responsible work experience, preferably in sales, recruiting or related field.
• Experience in the financial services or related industry is desired.
• Strong communication skills required with the ability to build rapport and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: build referral sources, COIs, and lead strategies from diverse sources.
• Create and execute recruiting plans to reach activity and full-time contract goals.
• Actively participate in community clubs and organizations to promote Northwestern Mutual.
• Promote the benefits of office growth and recruiting successes within the office.
• Develop and coordinate advertising and marketing strategies including ads, mail, events.
• Oversee selection process and guide candidates through the process.
