Job summary

Marketlab, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeks a Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead talent strategy and advise leadership on capability needs and sourcing channels.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with HR and executives, build a strong employer brand, foster diverse pipelines, and drive data-driven improvements across the TA function in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10 years of recruiting experience and business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of TA best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in strategic TA planning and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Forecast staffing needs and build proactive pipelines.
• Lead recruitment team with clear goals and KPIs.
• Oversee full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to align TA with business objectives.
