Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, with specialization in recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle and develop strategy.
• Source candidates using UKG, LinkedIn, colleges and associations.
• Manage onboarding, background checks, and offer letters.
• Maintain applicant tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBPs.
• Promote the employer brand and total rewards platform.
