Job summary

COPT DEFENSE PROPERTIES, LP is seeking a Recruitment Lead to steer the full hiring cycle, drive KPI-driven results, and partner with VPs of HR. You will own onboarding, background checks, and the delivery of offers, while maintaining applicant tracking and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR recruiting, a Bachelor's degree in HR, and experience using UKG and LinkedIn Recruiter. Expect a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience, with specialization in recruiting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle and optimize recruiting processes.
• Develop and implement company-wide recruitment strategy; report KPIs to VP of HR.
• Manage onboarding, background checks, and offer communications.
• Maintain applicant tracking and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Promote the company brand and total rewards to candidates.
