You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, manage pipelines via LinkedIn, Handshake, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and coordinate onboarding with IT and Facilities. The role emphasizes candidate experience and data-driven program improvements across Milpitas HQ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple searches.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments from intake to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Onboard new hires with HR, IT, and Facilities coordination.
• Manage internship program end-to-end and support conversions.
