Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with ADP preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of HR, payroll, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely, professional candidate communication.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain confidential employee records within HRIS and payroll systems; assist with benefits administration.
