Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership in talent acquisition.
• 10-15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, KPIs and process improvements.
• Experience building/scaling a TA function and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic TA plans with HR leadership.
• Champion best practices in recruitment and candidate experience.
• Establish and monitor TA KPIs and report progress.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote employer brand.
• Own CAF workforce planning by term, campus and market.
• Build CAF pipelines and ensure regulatory qualifications.
• Lead department structure, coach TA staff, and onboard.
• Oversee TA operations, vendor contracts, and budget.
• Lead senior/executive searches as needed.
