Herzing University is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead strategy, planning, and execution of talent acquisition for faculty, staff, and clinical adjuncts. Travel to campus visits and events is required as part of the role, with ongoing collaboration across stakeholders to align staffing with university goals.

Formación

• 5–7 years of TA leadership experience, preferably in higher education or healthcare.
• 10–15 years of total TA experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting trends, tech, and best practices.
• Ability to develop plans, manage KPIs, and drive improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function, with budget ownership.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic TA plans with HR leadership.
• Champion best practices in recruitment, market analysis, and candidate experience.
• Set and monitor TA KPIs; report on progress and projects.
• Promote employer brand and employee value proposition with Marketing.
• Anticipate hiring needs and ensure robust candidate pipelines.
• Own CAF workforce planning and campus-specific staffing.
• Oversee TA operations, vendor contracts, and budget management.
• Lead executive searches when required.
