Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, preferably in a higher education or healthcare setting.
• 10-15 years of general talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting market trends, technology enhancements, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage KPIs, and drive process improvements.
• Experience building or scaling a TA function, including team structure, technology selection, and budget ownership.
• UKG experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy across faculty and staff.
• Lead the TA department and align recruitment processes with organizational goals and values.
• Oversee clinical adjunct faculty recruitment and workforce planning for term-based needs.
• Manage TA budget, vendor contracts, and technology investments.
• Collaborate with campus leadership, nursing programs, and admissions for workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Track and report TA KPIs, candidate experience, and time-to-start metrics.
• Lead executive searches as needed.
• Travel 10-20% for campus visits and recruiting events.
