McAdams is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and team, driving growth through proactive pipelines and data-driven decisions. You will partner with business leaders, HR, and corporate services to deliver strategic hiring programs across multiple offices.

You will guide talent market insights, optimize candidate experiences, and shape the employer brand while ensuring compliance and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success leading recruiting teams and programs.
• Strong business partnership, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing ATS, analytics and recruiting technology.
• Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for professional, technical, and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO regulations, and recruitment compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with McAdams' growth plans.
• Partner with leaders and HR to anticipate hiring needs and align recruiting priorities.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends and competitive hiring practices.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Establish goals, performance expectations, and service standards.
• Provide guidance and professional development to strengthen recruiter capability.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes, metrics, and ATS improvements.
• Ensure compliance with EEO and employment laws; present updates to leadership.
