Harvard University is seeking an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition to lead CADM's strategic recruitment for multiple client groups. You will set hiring strategy, supervise Talent Consultants and Coordinators, and ensure high-quality, scalable processes across portfolios.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with university leaders on workforce planning, market strategy, and employer branding, guiding executive searches and complex hires while improving metrics

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
• Supervisory experience managing professional staff.
• Experience leading executive and senior-level searches and advising senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for CADM that aligns with school/department and University goals.
• Partner with HR leaders and client leadership on workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and market strategies.
• Serve as primary advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends and recruiting implications for CADM units.
• Provide leadership for a team of recruiting professionals including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end recruiting for executive and complex searches with tailored sourcing plans.
• Design and monitor recruiting processes, optimize systems, and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead analytics on time-to-fill, quality of hire, and funnel metrics to drive improvements.
