You will manage high-volume interview scheduling, pre-employment processing, and background checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance for our employer clients. Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team, hiring managers, and external partners, you will generate reports, participate in system enhancements, and drive process improvements across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• 2 years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Experience with Oracle HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule high-volume interviews across multiple roles and time zones.
• Manage pre-employment processing, offers, and background checks.
• Prepare and review offer letters with auditing checklists.
• Maintain candidate records and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, executives' assistants, external vendors, candidates, and internal partners.
• Generate reports on candidate and recruiter activity.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition system implementations and process improvements.
• Contribute to projects within the Talent Team.
