Job summary

The role requires at least 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency and professional services recruiting expertise, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of recruiting and placing sales professionals.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruiting technology experience.
• Experience recruiting sales and B2B professionals.
• Ability to influence and advise business leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through candidate selection and offer strategy.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to develop recruiting strategies.
• Recruit experienced sales professionals and consultants within a professional services environment.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates.
• Leverage LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other recruitment technologies.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment, interviewing best practices, and hiring decisions.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence recruiting decisions.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Support efficient, consistent, and inclusive recruiting processes.
• Utilize technology-enabled and AI recruiting tools to support talent acquisition activities.
