Suzanne Snell Human Resources & Recruiting seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and sales-focused roles in Chicago. You will partner with business leaders and HR to craft hiring strategies and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will source, assess, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions using ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-enabled recruiting tech, while advising leaders on market trends and offers.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting background with sales placements.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or B2B recruiting.
• Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficient with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and process orientation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, CRM platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
• Advise leaders on interviewing best practices, talent market trends, and offer strategies.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and results.
