Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging passive talent and building pipelines.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Using data, feedback, and market insights to evaluate progress.
• Experience with structured hiring practices and fair processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer and hire.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define profiles.
• Develop effective sourcing and interview strategies and manage timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide clear, authentic candidate experiences.
• Improve sourcing strategies, technology, and interviewing practices.
