Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate market insights into clear recommendations for partners and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for complex roles across business areas.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using market research, referrals, and advanced channels.
• Screen and assess candidates for role fit, compensation expectations, and readiness.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation, pipeline status, and data integrity in ATS.
