• Two or more years of experience managing 20+ full-cycle recruitments and metric reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supports full-cycle recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for the District Office.
• Maintains applicant tracking system, profiles, timelines, and interview/assessment methods to ensure equitable candidate screening.
• Performs reporting and data analysis to inform process improvements and policy compliance.
