Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboarding/Offboarding: leads onboarding/offboarding, coordinates sessions, tracks evaluations, and supports employee transitions.
• Projects/Reporting: coordinates HR projects, maintains guidelines, creates reports, and handles verifications of employment.
• Supervision/Training/Development: oversees receptionist, develops training programs, and supports college HR events.
• File Management: handles confidential HR/payroll documents, audits files, maintains HR records.
