Job summary

Doña Ana County seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst within the Talent & Culture team to lead complex recruitment and workforce analytics initiatives. The role focuses on supporting the Finance function and county-wide staffing needs.

You will partner with department leaders to develop staffing strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and develop dashboards for leadership. Occasional travel for outreach and events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Five years of professional experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or HR analytics.
• Valid driver’s license; HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, management, executive, and specialized positions.
• Partner with department leadership to develop recruitment strategies.
• Prepare recruitment announcements, advertising plans, interview schedules, and hiring timelines.
• Review recruitment plans, interview panels, and hiring recommendations for policy and merit compliance.
• Coordinate candidate communications, interview logistics, and selection processes.
• Develop workforce planning recommendations and staffing strategies.
• Develop and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding processes.
• Represent Talent & Culture at career fairs and outreach events.
